The Official Blog of The Green Girl Documentary

Posted on March 2, 2013 in News

Welcome to the new home of The Green Girl documentary! We’ve literally gone live just as our Kickstarter fundraising campaign wraps up. (Thank goodness we made it to our funding goal. Thanks to all of you who helped make that happen!)

From here on, this will be the main source of information on the film’s progress throughout the year. Coming up later in March, director George Pappy will be traveling to New York to interview at least 5 new people for the documentary. We also have at least that many interviews lined up in the Los Angeles area over the next few months.

Please note the links to the right:

1) The first link will allow you to make a donation to the project. Although we raised money on, there’s always more that can be done to make the film even better (more time in the editing room, more use of video clips and pictures of Susan, more motion graphics, more archival research, as well as film festival submissions and publicity as the movie nears completion). Every dollar helps!

2) The second link will help you get in touch with us if you have anything we can actually use in the documentary (pictures, video clips, and other artifacts relating to Susan Oliver). Also, use this link if you or anyone you know might be a good candidate for an interview about Susan. We’re always looking for people who knew Susan personally or have some special knowledge about her life and/or work.

Thank you for visiting our site. Please check back from time to time for the latest updates!
